  • Hello,

    Please give me a detailed description of the current state of your server along with your request.
We have placed multiple posts about our server (Server 51, NY, US Servers) to be merged and have been told we are listed on this allusive list for weeks. Having said that, no changes have been made, people have lost their patience and some of our top players and top spenders on our server have left the game. I'm very disappointed with the customer service we are receiving as people who spend around and over $400 dollars a week on this game. The lack of effort would be less disturbing if we did not pay a fortune for it's upkeep, only to feel neglected with broken event prizes and worse of all a server merge that keeps getting promised and skimmed over every week. The patience is running thin on all our nerves, so I would prioritize our merge sooner rather than later.

    even if you are on the list, it doesn't mean we will merge your server next week. It may be next week or 2 weeks later. But your server is on our list.
Daisuke, we have been told that we were on "the list" which at this point we are rather skeptic about, for around if not more than 2 weeks. We also went the extra mile to scout and let you guys know which servers we would be a match for, and we got a reply from that. The OTHER servers that we recommended got the merge last week, while ours didn't.

While I appreciate your attempt at a response, it sadly means little to those of us who are tired of spending money on the game with no particular care from the administration. Replying with a polite excuse solves nothing I'm afraid.

  • Ive spent like 5k myself and we probably wont get merged dispite being "on the list" If you guys were LA id prob say yall can merge with us
I'm afraid it is about time we evaluate if it is worth investing our money in something that has no urgent desire to care for those spending the thousands to help it grow. And getting almost scolding replies to most of my comments and threads to "quiet me down" on game issues isn't helping me and my group decide in favor of the game and it's administrators I'm afraid.

  • Power, level, activity in events are only few factors we look at when we are deciding if we should merge this server or not.
Just seems to me that you are spiraling around the topic (as done with other previous replied with other topics as well) to try and defend a lost cause.

People who did get merged last week took to Youtubers begging them to talk about how unhappy they are with the merges made, in hopes that the administrators, who neglected their pleas here on the forums, might listen to them instead.

Which leads me to believe that this very big operation of server merging that is taking much longer than it should isn't particularly working well. If such a huge chunk of people, part of which I as well as people in my group had to personally deal with, weren't happy and felt that their server was killed, then something is very wrong.

We previously spoke to Yuusuke (sp?) and he confirmed and said would take in great consideration the server we suggested, which is just as old, as strong and as active as us, so I take it we were in the right ball park and don't particularly deserve you looking down upon us with your remarks.

While I am sure you mean well, Daiske, I don't think being a forum-warrior particularly helps in this situation. I have personally inquired about 3 "problems" on these forums in the past 2 weeks, and only got brief excuses and no solutions to any of them. There are problems that affect all players, not just myself, but I was quickly shut down and fed excuses as I am now, without any proper follow up, no encouragement or proper acknowledgement. I don't see how that should make me feel like the administration here particularly cares for me and the amount of money I, as well as my friends, have been pouring into this' game.
