3 = GNW neji

Talents = 32211 with Monkey King

You can switch out Tobi for Sage Naruto. Go +Life, -Ninjutsu for wind main's mood or if you want to keep Ninjutsu for Nine tails, you can switch GNW Neji and Wind main. This is what I've been using for the longest time with small changes. GNW Neji -> Ao and Karin -> Tsunade.
