If all the F2P players were to quit they'd just merge the servers together and then use the money on ads to get new players. It really wouldn't affect the bottom line too much. Defeating 9 tails would be easy as there are more server merges. The P2A folks would just be all grouped together. Granted the rewards were a bit costly that is for certain. I agree with you on that.

That's not really it. Just because f2p players don't directly benefit Oasis doesn't mean that they should just ignore us. That's bad marketing all around.

To make a good amount of money off of anything, especially something like Naruto Online, you need a measure of longevity and an attractiveness that brings in new players. If Oasis brings in events that are attractive enough, even f2p players will crack open their wallets and contribute.
F2p players make up the majority of the community, and if they all got up and left, I assure you, the game wouldn't live long.

When players like me complain, (and holy * do I complain, a lot of my posts are criticizing Oasis, who then close the threads because they don't know how to respond to me) it's because I'm concerned about this game's longevity. Terrible events + nonstop server openings does not equal an attractive game. Lots of people are leaving, even heavy spenders.

That said, hopefully Oasis will look at the revenue for this week and shape up. And hopefully both f2p and p2p players will realize that the other isn't going anywhere and learn to be civil to one another. Hopefully.

Unfortunately, its more confounding why the community is so polarized where it should't be at the very least. I really do hope the management committee in Oasis takes a simple comparison with the events that china and Taiwan servers are offering this week. I think "pales in comparison" is an understatement to describe the differences. Hopefully things shape up after Christmas and New Year, or I can be very confident to say that I will be migrating to the china or Taiwan servers if the events continue to disappoint.

What we as players need is unity, and acknowledge the very fact that the company depends on all of us for survival, regardless if you are a f2p or p2w player. That being said, this does not necessarily gives us the right to be not civil in our discussions, displaying a lack of game maturity in forum discussions, which a result this would be the management not taking our discussions seriously, and therefore act upon their own wishes.

As long as there are still people who spend * ton of money everyweek into new servers events I doubt we will see anychange come from them.
Even if this week revenue is super low they will just regain it later within the next 2 weeks because XMas and new year.
That said, there won't be any lession to learn for them. The reason why fishing and overall this week events are * can be explain because monthly event is still up and they want to save all the good pay events for next 2 weeks. But I doubt if things really matter if you don't save up at least 3k coupon atm ;P

I'd say the same to you, if you've seen the amount of times f2p players have complained you wouldn't be saying the same stuff. Now let's imagine a world without f2p.
-Servers got 5 people, some lucky servers got 20
-You will literally fight each other with money, a never ending war where the guy with the biggest wallet wins temporarily, until some other guy comes from work with a bigger paycheck and beats him, and so on
-A lot of people will quit due no competitivity(i got a moron player that got 8k more power than me on my server and still loses against me in pvp)

u forgetting something important there...every f2p is a potencial p2p, if they feel welcomed to the game which Oasis failed several times to do it, they will waste money on it, as for me, i will stay f2p after my medal expires, dissapointed at PR department(even if the have one, which i doubt).

They gave neji for free in the daily log in, the fact that they opened the server too late for the event and made people get him only 2 stars means that they should help them get him to 3, not give them just 6 frags.This event has higher prices than every event till now, even konnan and pb sasuke were cheaper.
My server had more than 100 people active everyday with 4 groups active, now we barely manage to get 50 people guess why.Even if servers keep merging people will keep leaving. If their job is just be a faithful dog and delelte post then I think anyone can do it. Do you actually see a mod that actually know about how the system work before it release then answer all players questions? Or they just shut up and go do their research after it come out and come back here to answer after a while when everyone know the answer already?
I barely see any mod actually write a guide, all they did is "we don't allow to speak" "I'll ban you" "I'll delete your post"
