If money is gone from your bank account or whatever you use and you didn't get ingots then: 1) Contact support via in game support system ( "?" Icon top right corner of your game client) 2) Put as many details as you can about the situation 3) Pray for positive outcome that said even if you do it asap there is legit 0% you will get the answer today so: 1) recharge again and pray it goes well to finish platinum 2) dont recharge and you wont complete it

Agree with everything outside of Pain statement. Arena will be legit unplayable but in regular 1vs1 Indra BT > reworked Pain anyday. PS If f2p community now is salty about Pain rework being OP etc then I don't understand you guys anymore. Tencent gave you 3star ninja affordable by f2p players that is on same power level as Sus Shisui and you still don't like it.

Who the hell balances those Ino packs last months. How is this balanced to get in risky event where you have to recharge over 30k and possibly be rekt by some random guy showing on the list out of nowhere with higher placement 100 Jiraiya fragments option or 100 Tsunade even those 25fragment ninjas are a absurd. AND random 2nd tier reward in Crazy Slots Machine is 100 fragments of Gaara / 80 Itachi and almost same main rewards as 1st place Ino. Are you guys trolling or what, before it was 350 flowers for 80 frags of 10T Madara. Again it's 2nd tier reward that is more likely to get in 30k recharge than placing 1st in Ino unless you play on complete dead server. I would argue that I would even get more value from 3rd tier in slots machine than winning Ino event

1) Once you collect 100k+ something WILL come out of it if you know how to use it 2) Last 100k was amazing same with 2 years ago xmas fuku 3) You answered yourself, gain short term meta f2p ninja and power upgrades or save for year to get whale ninja and massive power upgrade - choice is yours. Think about it also from different way, once you saved and let's say got 4star 10T Obito next year will be a blast. Dont expect whale locked ninjas as casual f2p gamer in the first place, I treat every rng event as a bonus if something happens, not a goal to roll and then cry i missed.

If I was a f2p player (I still do it as p2w but i don't have to skip everything for this 1 big moment) I would only spend my coupons in biggest fukuromaru deals week which is xmas 100k fukuromaru. There is always something op in those 2-3 weeks of events and as f2p player you should not be picky about it. Shisui frags are nerfed or not open to get in that time window? Well grab 6 path pain then or if you've been lucky in past years and have from rng 10T Obito make him 4 star and go with than instead. Those options are still 10times more powerful and useful than any f2p ninja pool can offer on top of gaining huge power spike from spending and claiming biggest fuku year by year. As for 1 event for power gain it completly depends what you are lacking and what levels you have in those systems, for me for example biggest power gain right now are red summons for somebody else potions and for someone else with maxed potions secret scrolls. Events to get those change so just again I wait for big fuku, check events and min-max value. So yeah there you go, from your post I can see that you weren't patient enaugh and biggest saving you made was regular fukuromaru deals which could be fine if it lined up perfectly with rewards but overall you lost opportunities for rare ninjas for "free" or huge power spikes. I said it somewhere on forum already, last year big fuku deals was broken. We got Indra for free and by spending 120k in konoha tree you were able to grab 4star 10T Madara (from 0 frags !!!) so its not like this game doesn't give opportunities to get whale ninjas as f2p most players just don't plan far ahead.

[Player Guide] From zero to hero: New player seeking pro-level advice

This is a setup that every f2p should create since its very easy to get and pretty sure strongest team you can make that will carry your entire progression as well as pvp. It's also cost efficient which will help improve your power with out wasting 50 000 coupons on making a team. Screenshot shows you how the team should look and overall you c*e Konoha Proxy tool yourself to see ninjas, their BT's link chases etc very useful for planning ahead. Since we have goal team made and established that we don't need to waste coupons for it how do you power up faster?: Focus spending coupons on getting materials for those 3 power up systems in priority like this: 1) By far Ninja assist first -> level up card to 7 -> unlock new card -> level up to 7 -> unlock new card and so on 2) Secret Scroll -> same idea as above slightly lower priority compared to ninja assist but still top2 power system in the game 3) Myoboku mt -> some people undervalue this event but trust me getting all 3 maps to levels 10+ is really good power upgrade for entire team That doesn't mean that you ignore every other system no. For other systems you just slowly collect and upgrade from resources that playing the game gives you. Those 3 but mostly first and 2nd one are power systems that give absurd amount of power and you should actively spend coupons upgrading them over everything else. Those 3 are your priority so what do you do with your resources?: 1) Sun coins -> use them to get Advanced and later epic refines to upgrade your refine levels 2) Moon coins-> I would say buy 50 training potions and 50 materials that each myoboku MT map requires and drop the rest for Cave Keys 3) Coupons -> don't ever use coupons for yolo rng jackpots or in general 1000 here 2000 there. Like said above wait for Fukuromaru Deals week after you save 35k coupons and do 1 big shopping spree that week for power / ninja or both depending what you find fun for you. I would go as new player all in for training potions and command flags in ninja assist system so like drop 25 000 coupons in lucky wheel event to redeem potions and buy somewhere else 3-4 new command flags and claim from first big fuku pack also power unless it has something that completes your team like 80-100 Madara fragments. Other tips: 1) Kabuto frags can be exchanged in Recruit icon -> top right exchange system for cheap so making him 4 star is completly f2p 2) When you pull from banners for Sasori / Kabuto DONT recruit them instantly -> reason is that once you for example recruit Sasori then 2nd time you pull him you will get only 20 fragments instead of 80 and end up with total 100 frags for 2 pulls. If you don't recruit him and pull him twice you will end up with 160 frags and be just a step from making him 4 stars BT ninja. 3) If you want to be f2p very min-maxing gamer then stop leveling at like 89 to level freeze your Sage World Battlefield player bracket to easly get advanced refines. 4) Overall upgrade your refines, cave keys, charms when there are rebates weeks for those 5) Almost forgot for early game upgrade everybody in your team so im talking about refines, charms, runes, magatamas etc but from like level 5-6 of runes, magatamas etc freeze upgrading your pos2 / 3 and 4 ninja and focus literally everything into your carry pos1 ninja. Having level 6 runes for pos2 ninja and level 12-14 end game for pos1 ninja is nothing crazy, that's how you know player knows what he is doing. I can give you a list of things to do but before I do few questions: 1) Are you f2p player / low spender / p2w gamer (So I can ignore p2w aspect if you are f2p for example) 2) What do you mean eyeing madara / hashirama, aren't they free for new servers or you mean 4star BT versions as for basic summons and basic ninjas like Choji don't even bother "selecting", you will collect them all over time anyway, the only one you should priority would be one that you need to use for your potential near future team - everything else just chill and collect.
