You can see it on the screenshots , I got a total around 12900 points for spending 13470 coupons So you can say it's somewhere around 1 point per 1 coupon (I got around 700 to 800 points per full draw (708 coupons + 50 coupons refresh))

yeah his buff works with his current hp, so if you heal him you'll lose it but it's great if he dies Hopefully he will be cheaper in future so he might be a decent ninja to use

It really really depends on your current power and status with the other power features For me personally (cards level 9 and 10) and all other features are near max levels I'll aim to upgrade all my scrolls to level 15 or 16 But for someone who still has level 6 cards for example I think getting his element scrolls to only level 7-10 is perfectly fine

I agree with Aika It's smartest to aim for 4>7 with medium refines and then 7>10 with advanced ones when you collect enough I wouldn't worry about 10>13 ones because they are crazy expensive and only for very high powers
