Hey,Hope this answers your question, credits to Yujin -New Debuff Force Instability: Units suffering from this Debuff will have their Standard Attack damage decreased by 30%. Lasts for 1 round or until the unit affected suffers a Taijutsu attack, is Irremovable and neglects Immunity. -New Debuff Force Dissipation: Units suffering from this Debuff will have their Standard Attack damage decreased by 30%. Lasts for 1 round, is Irremovable and neglects Immunity. -New Debuff Energy Dissipation: Units suffering from this Debuff will have their Mystery damage decreased by 30%. Hey,Yes, it is possible to fully breakthrough a ninja without using ninja fragments, at the end it all depends on the luck you have. I personally don't have the greatest luck, so have to use much protection vials, but I would advice you to safe up much protection vials, to breakthrough the ninja you want.Hope this helped~

Hey,You can try those lineups; I included Shisui [Susano'o] breakthroughs, because it seems you are aiming to get him. To be honest I'm not quite a fan of Orochimaru [Great Ninja War]. Due to him giving free standards, to Shisui [Susano'o].If you can get in the future Kakuzu [Akatsuki Creation] or Jiraiya [Toads Chant]. I would replace him with Shisui [Susano'o]. Hope this helped~
