Fortunately TI is easy enough that this shouldn't be an issue. If you can get me that hylogfile that will help (it may nor may not work depending on how badly the game is frozen when you try).

Hello,Unfortunately, we have no future knowledge on updates past when is released in the News section, so the answer to that is no.In regards to your broad complaints about the ninja, I think you are being misleading. First, CN cannot be easily directly compared to EN since EN stacks and CN balances, so that "3-4 times damage" can be quite misleading. Second, There are quite a number of high powered players still, so the assertion that there are no such players rings quite false. Third, Shisui is arguably not overpowered. While he is more powerful than other ninjas, he has a price tag to match, and that is his balancing factor. Paygated ninjas are meant to be more expensive and more powerful than free ninjas, and this is no exception. Additionally, not all ninjas fulfill the same role of pure damage/p1 focus, so comparing him to other ninjas is not always viable; most of them have their own niche. And finally, as you yourself mentioned, this was more of a rant than a genuine ask (I mean more in that, you did make a genuine ask, but that was 2 lines of your 24 line message), and this subforum is not for rants but for genuine help. Hello,That is most disconcerting. Since you aren't able to replicate it reliably, do you know in what situations (specific TI, specific ninja exam, etc) the bug is occurring? I suspect this is most likely the same persistent bug that plagues ETR Madara's mystery. If possible, when you next encounter this bug, can you try to get a hylogfile for me by typing in hylogfile anywhere in the game screen? If successful you should get a prompt to save a file to your computer. If you can send me that file here or through discord that would be appreciated. Thank you and have a great day!

Hello,Unfortunately this is a known issue with Madara ETR's +2 Mystery, particularly against certain NPC ninjas. Currently we don't know when it will be fixed, so we can only recommend using either a different ninja for these sections or trying specific timing setups. Thanks and have a great day!

Hello,There are currently some outages going on in the HK region. These are, unfortunately, not a fault on our end, and thus not something we can fix. We have reports of a number of users having connection issues in that region, but servers are still up and running fine, and there are users logged in. Unfortunately, what this means is that there is some kind of local infrastructure issue occurring in your region. This is the best advice we can give for the situation: 1) Clear the Client Cache You can clear the cache of the mini-client by clicking the cog icon in the top right of the game screen and then choosing 'clean up system' 2) Flush your DNS Cache To flush the DNS cache, you will need to click on the 'Start' *on, then 'Run' and type 'cmd' and hit enter. When the Command Prompt screen appears, type 'ipconfig /flushdns' and hit enter. 3) Reboot the PC (To be extra sure, reboot the Modem/Router too) 4) If doing that doesn't fix it, you may need to try VPN programs (and all of the servers the programs have available to you) or contacting your ISP for assistance. In extreme cases, if a VPN does not work it often means that the outage is too close to you to be routed around, meaning you will have to wait until it is fixed. :( I would again recommend contacting your ISP in this scenario. Unfortunately, a good internet connection does not necessitate a good connection to the game servers, so if 1-4 do not work, you will most likely have to wait until your ISP resolves the issue.
