I sended them a ticket for 3 days now but they say there are no update for my case lol, this is a scam. Another friend of mine dont know this is a bug so she claimed the V packs. Later she send a ticket try to rewind or another way to fix but they said they dont fix for anyone opened the packs lol. Best support team ever
