Same here. Players that seem to have stopped playing seem to be on top, because they still have points from last winter season. Maybe because they haven't been online and therefore haven't updated their points? Hoping this is fixed so currently playing players won't lose ranking rewards to players that have already quit. Thanks.

I see that in screenshot amount of chakra Minato needs has been increased. Maybe by edo Nagato? I'm just saying that and/or not having enough chakra turning number red might have something to do with it. But that's just my theory.

In Benefit hall, there's Medal gift pack in Daily benefits, that gives you coupons daily. Coupons are given every day as long as Jonin medal is active. You should get that amount of coupons you wanted as total amount from day you got the medal to last day it's active. It just takes time, you don't get all coupons on day 1.

Another update: my issue is finally solved. Good that it got done, bad that it took longer than it should have. (1 min fix got dragged to 3-week job) This topic can now be closed.

I'm giving a little update to my situation. Sorry if this soundslike a rant, but you should understan why I feel like this if you read this. Support found out how my situation can be fixed. It should have taken less than a minute for me do do it after fiding out how. If I would have been allowed to do it. Because before I got an answer about what was meeded to be done, somebody else in support tried to "fix" thing according to amost 2-weeks old info, that now prevents me from doing said easy fix. I have now told about so-called fix someone in support did and how it prevents me from doing fix according to latest info. Now again waiting for answer. This was so close of being over... At least support has to work more with this matter too, since they were the ones who made this even more complicated. It's like people don't talk to each other, when fixing the same account.

Update: I finally got a answer. It seems support was just busy, since my case seems to go forward on... next monday. Waiting for that then. At least I now it's going forward now.
