I've been working on this for years, and I know that the problem is that your Garageband songs have a low volume. The solution is simple: just turn up the volume! It's not rocket science. You just need to make sure that you're in the "audio" section of your computer and then double-click on an icon titled "songs." It will look something like this: Once there, click on "preferences." Then, click on "preferences" again. You'll now see this window pop up: Click on "volume." Then, select a value from 0-100 (or whatever your preference is).
