Not a bug. You get 20 weekly attempts or 5 for every 4 days. So if you do 5 for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, then you cannot do it on Friday, Saturday, and sunday. You still have the friendship attempts. Go do it with your friends that have a friendship of lvl 5 +.

Why is Rin even allowed to have these passives?

Well I'm not on your side either. There's counters to Rin, like you and many others have pointed out. As Dym mentioned, the amount of players who use Rin is quite high for casual f2ps, similar with kurenai summer and hashirama new years. You should've mentioned that Rin slows down matches and defeats the purpose of sage by making matches longer, like other teams such as 6P naruto and maybe minato - depending on how f2ps use him. You should've talked about this from the beginning rather than how she's stronger than half of the ninjas. These players most likely have no other option to use better ninjas. I don't know how your sage is but if half of the players in sage is running rin - it can be an issue, just like with 6P naruto but i doubt it since casual f2ps won't take much of the population. The only way for people to stop using Rin is for more people get better ninjas over time as they play this game.

A lot of players confuse OP with annoying. Remember 6P Naruto? His healing is annoying, not OP. There's counters to Rin whether OP wants to figure out or not.

Some treasures do not have value due to how the meta progressed. In late game, the treasures do not provide any help and they you will tend to have your ninjas to be from events. However, before that, GNW and Kage can help those who are building their teams while they piece event ninjas. Limited treasure will include some great ninjas - edo roshi and edo yagura and the ones you should focus. As for the amount you should spend in the rebate, depends on which treasure. For limited treasure, spend until you get the super rare. Just make sure you have enough to spend as the counter will reset once the treasure goes away. For permanent treasures, spend up to the needed amount for the reward floor. So if it takes 167 seals + the seals you earned from the rebate to get to 200, that it how much you should spend to spend 200 seal scrolls.
