it's already on it's description 20 max a day on the event section 10. "Naruto’s Ramen Party" Take Naruto out for Ramen to get points, and redeem the obtained points for awesome rewards! Period: Jul 27th - Aug 2nd Requirements: Players must reach Level 10 in order to participate. How To: a) Login every day and clear Plot/Elite instances to get Ichiraku’s Ramen. It can be directly bought from the Shop. b) Get 1 every time you take Naruto out for Ramen during the event. Use the points to redeem for rewards! c) Players can get up to 20 free daily Ichiraku’s Ramen. d) Ramen Points will be reset once the event ends.

i always take the frags of them and summon scroll from groceries storage room you need sun scrolls for that and there is 2 weekly on monthly event and the reste come by it self and some events sometime you get lucky by get it from survival trail and sealed ninjas and there is ranked arena and theme arena too
