There was this team I used to use when I was starting the game that you might be able to for a while:
KanKuro-*X-*X
Karin-Main-Hinata
*X-*X-*X

Talents:
Chidori Blade Shadow
Beam of light
Chidori sharp Spear
Whichever feats the occasion, these three middle skills depend on the situation but I would go for Enhancement of Lightning Ninja as a standard to give a boost to your main and Hinata
Bloodthirsty Demon
Ninja Dog Shiba

You can put also substitute Kankuro for its GNW version or for Tobi since those two are better than normal Kankuro. You c*so change Kankuro of place but make sure Kankuro goes before Karin in the combo.

This team worked for me for a while, but make sure to land your main's mystery on the second round.
For me, the second round is when the winner is determined in a fight
