1) He is not weak at all.
2) On current Fuku Deal's 20k milestone there is 40 fragments of him. By spending 12,4k on Banner even for 40 fragments and another 7,6k for anything else; you can get him for 20k this week.
If you can't collect this much of coupons, then i have nothing else to say.
