Hello,
This is an unfortunate bug that occurs sometimes with the makeup system. To get this fixed you simply need to put in a customer support ticket showing
1) The screenshot you have here, but do not truncate it. We need to see the black bar at the top showing server time and date.
2) A screenshot of your daily practice interface showing 100 points obtained. This also needs to be a full screenshot.

Submit these screenshots to the in-game CS team by clicking on the question mark in the upper right and they can resolve it for you.
