We have been getting some reports that players using Puffin have been unable to log in (or only able to log in sporadically) recently. Unfortunately, this seems to be an issue with Puffin and/or how they are handling traffic, and something outside our control. We have had users reporting that updating the app to the latest version fixes the issue for some of them, but this seems to be a soft fix, as whatever patch was applied is not working for all users.

Hopefully this issue is resolved soon. You may consider contacting Puffin customer support to see if there is anything more that can be done on your end.

First off, your screenshot is very truncated. Can you show me the full screen, and/or tell me your server number and region (HK/UK, etc).
Are you playing on Puffin, Miniclient or something else?
