I need a few bits of information for this.
First off, your screenshot is very truncated. Can you show me the full screen, and/or tell me your server number and region (HK/UK, etc).
Are you playing on Puffin, Miniclient or something else?

I'm playing for puffin, sometimes I get in the first time and sometimes I don't. S1698 NY. I also want to report other bugs, but I will open another topic.
