I know that asking someone for something is really unbearable, especially for the person you are asking for, but this time I would like to beg whoever is responsible for making changes to the game to give this character so dear to the community a love which is Shisui Kotoamatsukami. Here is my modest suggestion of how it could look.

Shisui Kotoamatsukami ST

Mystery Skill – Kotoamatsukami – Deals guaranteed damage to targeted enemy and Disturbance for 2 turns. (Whenever the unit under Disturbance uses a Mystery Skill, it will deal damage based on 20% of its maximum ninjutsu to ninjas of its own team.

Standart Attack _ Uchiha Style – Halo Dance – Deals guaranteed fire damage, increased by 30% to Frontline and Repulse.

Chase Skill – Uchiha Style – Gale Style Attack – Chases a unit with repulse, causing High Float, increasing own Initiative by 2% and Attack by 5%. (stacable)

Passive 1 – Uchiha Style – Great Ball of Fire – When Shisui is at half his maximum health, inflicts fire damage to all enemies on the enemy team and irremovable blindness for 2 turns.

Passive 2 – Teleportation Jutsu – Has a high probability of dodging Mystery Skills and Chase Skills. (By dodging, he will remove any and all negative statuses and receive Immunity lvl 2 and 2 extra Standart Attacks until the end of the round).
