why does gnw madara have a 10 tails jinjuriki ultimate/mystery. but doesnt have a jinjuriki mark?

Hello,
This may have been done intentionally for balance purposes, to prevent him from getting jinchuriki bonuses; it may have been because his skillset is anti-jinchuriki; or the devs may have considered that his mystery is more of a summon than something he, himself uses.
