So this isn't really a bug (I don't think) but Jugo Taka Squad upon anyone in the lineup receiving any damage will attempt to use his mystery, even though no one on the team is defeated nor is he actually low enough health for the mystery to do anything. So he basically just wastes the mystery. It would be great if the logic for Jugo would actually wait till either of his mystery's conditions are actually met before attempting to use his mystery; this would make using him in autobattles such as ranked battle and space time a lot more viable
Considering the Automatic AI doesn't recognize when an ability has reduced in Chakra Consumption and instead will treat it as it's original cost...
I do not feel as though they'll change the AI just to fix Jugo (and other healers, for that matter).
Just know if you want a healer in Ranked Battles, they'll heal the second a unit gets hit. Anybody who can revive will revive the moment a single unit is defeated.

Yeah the chakra consumption issue is a pain too. Well at least the issue is up in the forums for some attention I suppose.
I mean the usual is as you say: those that heal will use their skills on any damage, and those that revive will use their skill when someone dies. Jugo seems to be a special case where he can do both with his mystery but it's conditional, and it's coded like it's a heal by default.
I guess also while we're on the issue Sakura Summer will use her mystery even if no one took any damage at all.
