This particular set of abilities (The L skills when combined with the mystery) make it very difficult to use Hashirama's mystery skill. This is an intentional balancer - you are essentially losing easy access to your mystery for the strong power of the passive ability. If you want to use the mystery skill you will need to find another way to reduce your skill's cooldown, such as with another unit.
