Unfortunately, this bug with ETR Madara has proven to be a little tricky to fix. :( The issue happens with large amounts of splash damage, especially on non-ninja units. At the moment we can only recommend not using ETR Madara in any situation that causes these crashes while the situation is further investigated and fixed. Sorry about this. :(
