Are you a brand new account? Did you by chance do the daily sign in when you first leveled up and the option was given, before the daily practice interface became available to you? I cannot see your level in this screenshot.

I haven't done it that way but i had the medal going on. And unfortunately i was online during server-new day renewal. Though the server auto-passes to new day at 05:00, there is still a 15-30 seconds of interval for things to jump onto next day. Maybe medal-auto checked at 05:00 instantly and it was why i bugged thanks to that 15-30 seconds interval. Because it didn't happen to me for the second time this day.

I see, OK, that may have caused the error. At this point, you will need to submit a customer support ticket to the in game platform to get this issue looked at and get compensation. Here is the link.
