So Lightning Protection makes you have 60% chance to cause paralysis when getting hit by taijutsu attacks which is nothing special in my opinion

Electrocution from Y skill might be more useful as it reduces enemies resistance so you could do more damage

If you are missing immobile/chaos etc. control debuffs in your team then go with the +2 mystery

Both are good, Y might be better with a position 1-2 Ameyuri so you could spam your mystery more

I'm more for +2 because it causes immobile

Now here you can choose if you want more damage or survivability. She's basically a free to play friendly ninja so if you are in need of pos1-2 ninjas she might be a decent option with this +2 buff. Full lightning team and she'll deal some nice damage
