I hope the compensation will be the 10 item packs I'm not redeeming this time. Not some dango and 50 coupons.

Compensation should be at least 60 (40 boxes gained and 200 points) mission boxes for lost points from 4 days missions + 15 boxes each day events is down for players to break even. But that would need Oasis to care about players AND manage to open event before it is over for the week.


In addition even that wouldn't compensate for those who spent for this event, since their loss would be even more.


Knowing how little Oasis does for us we'd be lucky if we'd really get this event back by Wednesday evening. We have seen Oasis doesn't want to give their players anything even when we're owed that, so not much hope for any compensation anymore at this point. Even less hope for event to return with all of our points there, since we know everything unclaimed after event ends is lost for good, even when they end ahead of their time. All we might be able to do about this is to wait till fallout after event week is over, since players voices have already stayed unheard for so long...

I have 55 boxes in inventory + 200 points already gathered from previous days. That's 750 points already + another 150 for each day event is disabled.
I aimed at 1200 points by end of Wednesday, 12 item packs, so 240 training potions + 300 coupons I spend to get 15 mission boxes.

Looking forward for Oasis to equaly compensate me for that. (joke)

As far as I know, someone on some server encountered a bug, reported it and now everyone are without event even if said bug (whatever it was) never happened to them. Makes you wonder how strong exploit that must have been, considering Oasis rarely fixes bugs that do not affect their wallets.

So, if anyone is curious:

someome found a way to reset Mission Mobilization event repeatedly, outside usual daily reset.

Remember what I said yesterday? That this must be an exploit, otherwise Oasis wouldn't do anything? Considering even with such exploit it would work with 4 missions at best (challenge arena, win arena, survival points and I guess that one auto complete mission), turning whole event off in the middle of it... overreaction doesn't even start to describe it.

Hello,
As Trilani mentioned, the event was temporarily suspended due to a bug. At present we do not know if the event will return by week's end, but we advise holding onto any unopened MGM boxes until then. We also do not know if compensation will be received for the loss of the event, but I have put in a blanket request that compensation be sent out for all servers as a result of the event being suspended.
If you have been individually affected, please send in a ticket through the in game CS platform explaining your individual loss so that you can be individually compensated for what you spent.

Thank you so much for your kind and understanding reply. Oasis would be better-liked and more players would be retained if Oasis sincerely showed caring attitude more.

Players like myself might even become Pay 2 Play instead of F2P. I stay F2P because I see how I am treated and mostly I feel upset with examples like this. I await to see whether we get compensation, and whether it is equitable or not.

I understand, and am deeply regretful that you have not been treated as you deserve. :( I hope that moving forward this can be fixed.
We have put forth a request to the devs that compensation be given for this event, however, it is currently a big holiday in CN, so of course nothing has been implemented yet. We ask that you please give us patience as we work on this and try to get compensation for the lost event. If all of you have serious suggestions and feedback as to what kind of compensation should be given for this error, please feel free to append them to this thread. Again, serious compensation only. No 3 dangos, no 100 Shisui fragments. Actual appropriate compensation for the loss of the 50 boxes and points, and I will send in the preferred feedback.

As mentioned previously, anyone that purchased boxes rather than simply replying on free boxes from the missions should submit a ticket to the in game CS platform to inquire about compensation for their personal loss.

At this point we would advise waiting as long as possible to open any existing MGM gift packs in the hope that the event will be reinstated late today, but it is unlikely that this will happen since the dev team is still on holiday. Open your packs when you feel comfortable doing so and put in a CS ticket as previously mentioned. Hopefully we can get this satisfactorily resolved for everyone.

70 boxes. That's how much one can get for free during event and that's how much we lost.

Lets put aside for a moment how bad that glitch even was. Lets assume it was bad. Still the way this was handled was scandalous. No prior notice, no warning, nothing. Players go to sleep with everything working fine and wake up to see event gone and they packs turned useless. You know what message was sent? "If you encounter a glitch, ignore it or exploit it, but never report. If you report, you makes things worse for everyone". I will repeat what I said in different thread: we all know there are ways to block point gaining part of event, but leave the shop part intact. There are events working like that already (Goldfish, Fateful choice). Instead, full panic mode was used.
