so recently i decided to come back to the game and to my server just to see whats up (this is on different account, this account is so i can post on the forum for help) and it says incorrect password or username. i am confused. ive never changed my email username or password since having the account. i sent an appeal a while ago, they said 24 hours i would hear back, its been about a week and ive not hear anything. i sent another appeal for my password to be changed and am waiting again.

i dont remember the security question bc i had this account around 2017 and forgot my student id number. also, dont have that phone number anyway so thats a no go. why cant it be as simple as sending a new password to my email? i have spent like hundreds of dollars on this server and what... my account is just locked or something??

i sent proof of purchases ive made in screenshots that should be enough to let me change my password and have my account back right? so why have i not heard anything from them... please please can someone help or something?
