You can try this:

Pos 1 Madara [Warring States], pos 2 Fire main, pos 3 Hashirama NY, pos 4 Asuma.

For Fire main, your talents should be: 1,2,3,2,4. At the start of the battle you should try to immediately use your main's mystery so that their second passive will activate and allow the rest of your team to scale from the damage they do for the rest of the round. And then because of Asuma giving you an extra 20 chakra, you should be able to use NY Hashirama right after that. Just be careful of being interrupted by your opponent (like if they have Iruka, Edo Itachi, Summer Kurenai, etc.).
