Hello, I would suggest playing through a PC, instead of using a mobile browser, as they can have numerous issues, and are not a supported platform for this game. That being said, this is likely being caused by a faulty connection to the game's servers, I would suggest trying to clear the browser cache, if possible, and trying to use *ternate source of wifi/data to see if this will allow you to play.
