Regarding GNW it's not uncommon for the next thing to happen: there are x players online in the GNW time but not even half of them join the battle for different motives. So a B.U.T.T.O.N which leaders, seniors and battle commanders are able to press and will bring every online player in the field and put him in auto mode will be very useful.

I second this request.

There are a few technicalities that should be resolved when this is implemented.

First, if there are more players online then there are free slots in GNW, which players would be joined first? - Perhaps the ones with more power...

Second, what is preventing players that you "called" to auto-join to leave manually from GNW, leaving empty spaces? Should that option be disabled for those players? Also, if someone do exit from GNW would auto-join *on call them again, or it would choose someone else. One way to resolve which players would be called could be to implement another window with a list of all online players from group (that appears when "call" *on is clicked), and that there is a check *on for every player, so when you want to call them, only"checked" players would join.

One more thing, if someone is in a fight or in a ZENITH, doing instance, at home or something like that (when you cant call them to join team), could those player be interrupted by call, or it would be alloved for them to finish what they are doing now, and then auto-join after they are free again (although I think that would be bother to implement)? Maybe the best option here would be to be able to "call" only free players (except the ones in home bath perhaps).

This is a great idea, btw.

The first point is the easiest because the leader, the battle commander and the senior can rearrange the players in the battlefield. And for the second one, when is time for GNW, everyone should receive a pop-up with some text like "it's time for battle... etc. etc" and two but.tons JOIN NOW and JOIN LATER and let's say a 60 seconds timer. if you don't click anything in those 60 second you should be automatically teleported to the battlefield because it's obvious you are afk. If you press JOIN NOW the same and if you click JOIN LATER the pop-up should disappear and you will continue with what you were doing. For those who are in events, arena, ti, sa or any other event the pop-up should appear immediately when you are out of combat. It's a little tricky to implement something like this but not impossible.

Hello,
To be clear,
You want a system that forces players out of whatever they are currently doing,
Takes away their free will,
And requires them to do a system they may or may not be interested in doing?
Just so that I understand the nature of your request.
Thanks!

They said, Leader could call for his/her groupies IF they are not currently busy on what usually denies an invitation to join part of formation.
That was clear. Original Poster never said being intrusive if groupies are currently busy doing some home interface / arena / ST / Group Summon / team activities, or something else.
Don't be so extremist nor assume OP want to take away their Free Will. He/she just wants participation IF they are avaliable AND maybe away from keyboard.

Thanks for the common sense! I don't even know why I've made this thread because I knew from the beginning what kind of a response I will receive...

I am not being a terrorist, I am simply asking for clarification on the nature of the desired request and suggestion.

Here is the issue with your current proposed suggestion. You propose a 60 second window where players are required to click away a popup or be teleported into great ninja war, but this assumes that they are not actively engaged in a system that would not be prohibited by this. Off the top of my head, they could be doing treasure maps and not find a fight in that time, or doing wanted missions and not find a fight in that time, or could be engaged in any number of things and just have stepped away from the computer for 60 seconds, which is a remarkably short time. They could even just be running between zones to do something, or be pausing between arena matches during that period and have gone to the restroom. Or they could be synthesizing equipment or magatamas and look away to have a conversation for 60 seconds, then turn back and find themselves literally in great ninja war. Etc.

My point stands that this system would be forcing players to do something potentially against their will. If these players wanted to do great ninja war they would most likely be doing great ninja war, I suspect. The reason I asked for clarification was so that the original poster could clarify how their proposed system would work around this problem and issue, which is a problem and issue, not to "be a terrorist." At present, this idea does not seem tenable unless you can propose a way around potentially making players upset about this.

I've just gave some basic lines. On how this would work I think it's for the developers to say. And how something that would possibly bring them some good rewards it's against their will? If they prefer to do treasure hunting to get some level 2 magatama instead of being able to receive some seal scrolls which by the way is a scarce resource it's not for me to decide, but that is the role of that pop-up, to decide who is afk and who is not interested.

Oh. I am really sorry! With this suggestion I've just made a mistake. I forgot that our version on Naruto Online is a copy-paste of the Chinese version and how this kind of function I don't think it's implemented in the original version it is impossible to copy-paste it. Again I am sorry for wasting your time!

Well with any suggestion like this, that is, something that is a complete from-the-ground-up build, it's better to have a fully-fleshed out idea to present than just a single bare-bones tagline. If I present this to the devs as the latter, it will almost certainly be discarded. If you can work out a way for this to function feasibly in the game, then when I send it in it will be taken much more seriously. That's generally true for any concept being presented.

But judging from your second post, are you no longer interested in pursuing this idea?

So basically it sounds like the main issue with OP's idea is how after 60 seconds the user would be teleported into something that they didn't agree to be doing to begin with? The rest of the idea is sound considering we already have a system that allows players to invite other players to battles/teams and those who are asked to join get a popup. So it's not too far a stretch to have a group's leader and battle commander have a *on that creates a popup that invites players that would already be eligible to join a team to join a group battle/event such as Great Ninja War.

Now I also understand where the moderator is coming from. The inviting system we already have does not make a decision for the person invited if the invited person doesn't make a decision, which makes sense considering I wouldn't want to find myself doing something I didn't agree to already in the first place.

Per my above points, the popup shouldn't really decide who's afk or not since that's not what people are expecting a popup asking if you want to join GNW or whatever to really be asking.

Perhaps an additional idea to the OP's idea might be to allow group members the option to auto-join GNW battles when they show up, maybe in a similar fashion to Sage World Battlefields.

This is a very good idea. If this were a permanent account setting with a toggle, similar to the team invite toggle, this takes the free will issue out of the equation. I can submit this idea to the devs under this proposal. Would you like me to do so, <∞>, or do you have any further modifications you'd like to make before I submit the suggestion?
