the ninja frags in the recruit menu, exchange tab where you use sun scrolls, moon scrolls, group victories, or ninja points. do these fragments refresh?

what do you mean refresh? if you ask if they are replaced by other ninjas no, if you ask if their fragments replenish after you buy em all yes, daily, not sure what you mean by refresh tho
