Hello, I would first ensure that the card was charged for the transaction. If the card was not charged, then there was either a disconnect prior to the recharge, likely from your bank company blocking the transaction, or flagging it. If this is the case, you will have to contact your bank to see why they blocked the transaction, and to ensure them that it was indeed you trying to make the purchase. If you were charged, then you will have to create a CS ticket and provide them with a screenshot of the purchase ID or transaction ID.
