As for the Jinchuriki Bee skillbreaks, that was a legitimate bug/mistake. He skillbreaks at three stars in China but at four stars here. He was mistakenly released to skillbreak at three stars and was hotfixed after some people had already skillbroken him, but undoing people's skillbreaks was deemed to be either unfair or impossible. I'm sorry that you feel it's more unfair to take people's resources away after getting those skillbreaks early than anything else, but it really is a bug.
As for the other topics, I can see that you're unsatisfied with some of the changes to the game like team instances and level freezers, but what specifically are you looking for? Please let me know, thanks!
OK, it seems like your question is, "When will the next abusable bug happen that will allow players to skillbreak early?" In answer to that, I absolutely do not know. I don't know why anyone would think those bugs were planned. They were bugs. They were accidents. They absolutely weren't planned, by their nature.
As for Ninja Tools, I was not actually around for that shift, but if, as you say, ninja tools each could give multiple resistances of up to 4% for a stat, it sounds like this was a good change on the devs' parts. Multiple tools giving +4% resist all would have been quite imbalanced compared to a few substats, and the scaling potential on that far outstrips a few points of attack or ninjutsu.
As for SWB, if you'd like for names to once again be hidden, this is a suggestion I can make for you.
