I understand that some people may use their tvin but such a function would be useful in helping your friends and guild members

ye but the problem is that its hard to differentiate someone giving to friends and guild mates and some w.... running 100 alts

Unfortunately, this function would be extremely detrimental to game balance which is why nothing of the sort has ever been implemented.
