go for fire, generally good as support. especially in pvp. earth may be for longer battles such as ninja exam.

water is not really good to keep up with anything, at least until new passive arrive, not sure.

it really depends on ur pos 1 ninja.

use fire. you may want to consider replacing suigetsu with controlling ninja as support.
