The ingot hasn't come in. I've issued CS tickets countless times and uploaded the payment details as I requested, but all I've been told to do is to wait.

Hello, sadly, there is nothing that we can do on the forums for recharge issues. You have stated that you verified the payment processed, and that you provided them with the payment details. So, the only thing that you can do now is "bump" your ticket, by asking or inquiring about the status of it. I will ask CS and see what they can do on their end.
