hello, i am from Russia and triyng to recharge through mastercard, and debits the money and returns it after 5 minutes.

This has never happened before, I contacted the bank, they told me that this is a problem on your side. Can you help me?

Hello, I would suggest calling your bank directly, they will be able to give you more detailed information, and even unflag the transactions to allow you to make a purchase.

my bank is "Sberbank", I called there, they said it's a problem on your side.

I did not have this before, I calmly recharged

Just don't spend money on this game, you will regret it in a few months when you realize nothing is fixed or improved in this game and you will quit the game in dissapointment.

i just recharged about 2 week ago but now my card is decilned, anyone know about this? my card still value until 03/25
