because it's naughty obito that doesn't claim konoha. he's rogue.
Yeah but all the other versions are listed as Konoha. Prevents him from getting some buffs.

Hello, this could be a result of game balancing, or due to him being considered rogue and not having any affiliation with any of the villages. We are not privy to the discussions regarding the creation of characters, so we do not factually know the reason this was decided.
Hmm I don't think it's because he's a rogue cause the other versions are Konoha. Thanks for responding though

GNW Madara doesn't have it (mask)
GNW Obito does have it (no mask)
When he has a mask, no one knows = Rogue. When he takes it off = Konoha.
I guess so but it still doesn't make sense. Even Masked Man is Konoha. If that's the case he should be changed to ''confusion'' as well
