GNW Madara doesn't have it (mask)

GNW Obito does have it (no mask)

When he has a mask, no one knows = Rogue. When he takes it off = Konoha.

I think we just found the problem, Masked Man shouldn't be Konoha. He is the one ninja that is breaking the consistency of all the other Obito/Fake Madara tags.
