i was afk and playing an other game, later when i tried to teleport to Konoha, i was stuck in there and i couldn't move.

Hello,
Sometimes this happens when using the "Return to Konoha" *on. Simply use the *on again to get out of this spot, or refresh the game/clear cache/flush DNS and this should fix the issue. Thanks!
