Hi,

On an pleasant morning all was good with the server but suddenly the entire server has crashed on 07/12/2020 and I was doing my convey & plunder quest. When the server was good to go, I lost my rewards. I have also submitted ticket for the same and the response was not satisfactory. I request you to share compensation for the same.
