1＃ Go ToSasukes fear does not work with Nagato's mystery when targeted on a feared character. I dont know if this includes Kisame but probably does, since he does it too. I figure the game sees the chakra increase as a buff when its a debuff, so one translation is wrong. This happens with Karin Taka's mystery too.

Sasuke Fear is a 50% it cant be returned or dodged, however it does not increase mystery cooldown all it does is makes it where you can not attack again in that round and that ninja who is fear can't gain a buff (ex. if fm uses his mystery it wont remove it and that ninja wont gain the shield), debuffs only work on the other ninja, but the fear passive does work. its just depends if you have more control than the other person your fighting

I'm afraid I'm not sure that I'm understanding your issue. Can I ask for some clarification?
Are you saying that when Nagato or Kisame's mysteries hit a target that has been afflicted with RS Sasuke's fear debuff, they are not having their mystery's chakra cost increased?
