Has he been recently in other events besides Fateful choice?

He appears in various events, lately in Fateful Choice and Konoha Outlets. Some time earlier he was in Lucky Board. There's no saying where and when he will appear next, just check the news section. If you want him, you can post in suggestions section or use "events feedback survey" when it's posted.
