Can somebody please explain how you get to level 33 on the first day?!?!?!

- People are claiming Temari from the "7 days" login rewards (Which means they have been playing the game for two days...or maybe they made the game think that they have been).
- They are level 33, 32, or 29, 28.

- The most plausible free to play level on day one on a NY server is 25 (Starts on Thursday). [Daily events: Arena, Convoy, Ninja Exam {Available to level 0-22}]

Can someone please explain this phenomenon??
