Please add % Tactics in the game. Many people need this feature as soon as possible. It's my request to you all mods and game developers for en version.
So according what you told 1st level up could cost up to10850 coupons. That high cost would make % tactics too expensive for about 99,999% of playerba
In addition, it's worth would be different for higher powers, since they would end up getting lot more power at same levels than mid- and low powers. This wound just end up making high powers get even more ahead of others and breaking game's balance even further.
Result: No, thank you. Game has finally started to get over level 13 refinements, runes & etc. We don't need anything like this even since majority voted against it when it was first talked about.
OP - please do not confuse between what you want and what everyone wants. When the conversation came for %, a wide majority said they do not want the update. What is your reasoning as to why you want? Don't just state what the update is as people can understand why they do not want this.

Let say if you use Ghost kill as your tactics then % tactics is at lv1 then you will get 5% increase in ninjas on a particular stats and at lv2 10% and it increase accordingly from next level.
and here is the cost -
as youcan see from above image lv1 to lv2 it takes 70 attempts, and each attempt takes 5 particular materials for that tactics. so it will take 70 x 5 = 350 materials and each material's cost is 31 cp.

Percent multipliers are dangerous for this game. We can easily do the math to see if it would be reasonable. This was shot down a long time ago, but I'm interested in what it actually does and how it affects our damage/defensive output. Would you explain how the feature works? Please and thank you.
