what would you say is the point of diminsihing returns in these scrolls? I mean, at what level does it become more so expensive per upgrade that it would be better to pursue other power options?

It really really depends on your current power and status with the other power features

For me personally (cards level 9 and 10) and all other features are near max levels I'll aim to upgrade all my scrolls to level 15 or 16

But for someone who still has level 6 cards for example I think getting his element scrolls to only level 7-10 is perfectly fine
