to unlock minato its beetween 15k to 27k with this event but its most likely near 15k and to 4 star him its beetween 19k and 33k it cost me to 4 star him almost 22k

It's the same reason why people thought 6p naruto is OP last year and demanded him to be in events every week.

They want a ninja to help them get a better lineup since most likely these people are only using ninjas given through free events. The amount of people upset of not getting the 80 frags in fireworks is a clear example. You cannot change their desire in using meta ninjas. The next go-to will be kisame BTs and they will rush for him not knowing anything about the ninjas like past meta ninjas.

Roughly ~235 coupons per frag for Minato Edo from fireworks. You get just under 20 points for each firework you buy in the shop and they cost 30 coupons. Note these are different boxes with different drop rates than the boxes you get for free. I will post the prices for everything once I get all 3 events calculated.
