Well no choice with this one because it'll automatically be used if you switch to L

It's not too good because Mei can't take hits, but ignite might come useful somewhere

This one is the hardest choice for sure, +1 gives you immobile, shield/buff removal while Y gives you interruption and cooldown increasing

In todays meta I'd go with Y cooldown increasing but it really depends on your enemy

Breakthrough Priority:

Mystery, Passive 2 L > Chase > Passive 1 > Standard Attack

Overall she isn't too special, I'd recommend her only to f2ps who don't have a better water/fire support
