Probably like 2K or less esp. if you use all your free points on him. With enough sweeps, you probably wouldn't need to spend anything.
But the majority of the people that cares about the free rewards aren't likely use their coupons to finish the ninja.

I still won't get the last 40 frags or so from AGK from other events. Rather just get other things, that is especially true for me regarding this Onoki.

Definitely but they know someone would use their coupons/ingots to finish piecing the ninja

The only way to get extra frags is if you get his frags from events.
FYI, he isn't worth recruiting, I don't know why Oasis makes him as expensive as he is.
ehhhhh. He's not bad bad. Try running him with Halloween kimi asuma wb and earthmain. Can 1 shot 3 units turn 2. I mean he's not s tier, but he hits like a truck.
