I am going on close to 48 hours with a ticket open in support center. i got one canned reply back to provide information of transaction.everything they asked for has been provided getting super worried about losing other associated rewards tied with the recharge. rather concerned about no other contact methods provided to help resolve. anyone have any suggestions besides just waiting?
