S4 experienced a bug where we couldn't use any ingots in the game and the bug was fixed. The more painful bug is now that anyone who attempted to use ingots and received a system error lost those ingots now. Is there a way to look into this matter and compensate players who experience the loss of ingots? Thank you!
how much are u missing, im missing 1800 after purchasing the 300 monthly , then went to purchase the 600 monthly suddenly missing 1800 ingots im surprise i got credit for the 300 i spent in the cat rebate. i havent spent any more ingots afraid of losing them all , until they fix the issue which will be to late for any the events .mine happened about 1200- 1330 server time, since im in az one hour ahead . i was pisst and still am mess up my event spending . was goin to buy more ingots . but im goin to contact paypal about any recourse i might have since they have a poor track record of fixing thing right and proper compensation for their error.
